Terms and conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("Bhaavly", "we", "us"), [REGISTERED ADDRESS], for the use of Bhaavly at https://bhaavly.pages.dev and the Bhaavly app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.

1. The Service

Bhaavly lets you make quotations and invoices, share them with your customers, record payments and manage customers, products and team members. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove a feature that is a main part of a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

2. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Tell us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

3. Your data and your documents

You own the data you put into Bhaavly and the documents you make. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the Service, as set out in our privacy policy.

You are responsible for the content of your documents, including prices, tax rates, HSN/SAC codes, GSTINs and invoice details, and for meeting your own obligations under GST and other laws. Bhaavly is a tool that helps you prepare documents. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice, and it does not file returns, generate e-invoices (IRN) or e-way bills.

4. Plans, trial and payment

• The Free plan is free with the limits shown on our pricing page. New accounts get a free trial of a paid plan; at the end of it the account moves to Free unless you choose a plan.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Razorpay, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude GST, which is added at checkout.
• If a renewal payment fails, the plan keeps working for a grace period of 7 days; after that the account moves to Free. Your data is not deleted.
• We may change prices. Any change applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you at least 30 days before.
• Refunds and cancellation are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, issue false or fake invoices, send spam, infringe anyone's rights, try to access other accounts or our systems without permission, or interfere with the Service. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and your data backed up, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Please keep your own copies of important documents.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and cancel your plan at any time. You can ask us to delete your account by writing to [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We may end these terms if you seriously breach them. [DATA RETENTION AND EXPORT PERIOD AFTER CLOSURE].

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
